Chris Hayward and Anatsasios Berketitos are form Renew who provide support to environmental businesses and so may be worth making contact. Amer Waheed runs a regeneration network in Newcastle (think they meet for lunch every month or so) and Robin Davies is a soil scientist in Newcastle. Virotec technology is aimed at the stabilisation of heavy metals in soil and/or effluent. The technology can also treat phosphate and has excellent dewatering and odour abatement qualities.
