Royal Haskoning is a multi disaplinary consultancy ofering a wide range of services. Julie is multiskilled in a number of environmental disciplines from waste management, project management to water quality issues. Julie has had experience working in consultancy prior to her career with the EA and has specialist knowledge of the waste industry.
Julie specialises in advising clients on legislative aspect of environmental legislation including providing technical support and producing relevant documents in order to comply with legislative requirements such as SWMP, working plans, Environmental Risk Assessment etc. Julies other works have included high level discussions with regulators relating to the classification of material as waste, root cause analysis, compliance issues, assessment of monitoring data, pollution incident investigations and remediation. She has a wide experience inplementing and auditing environmental management system ISO14001.
Julie holds a BSC(hons) in Water & Environmental Management and is an Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.
