Hi

Happy New Year to everyone on the network. My company does PR work in the green sector and have been offered an excellent way of getting raised profile for our clients in one of our region's major papers. If you want to find out more, and a pretty surefire way of gaining increased PR, do contact me on 01325 463813 or deangriss@btinternet.com

Thanks

Hi John - welcome to the network. It's a week old today. You may recognise some of the faces on the site so may be worth getting back in touch with them. There may be some new ones you may want to speak to as will - Mike Bell is doing some interesting things with a concept called Climate Change Councils, Stuart Smith is CExec of Wood Holmes Group and Chris French i doing a lot of interesting stuff overseas. Use the events to promote any events and upload a picture and put further details of your business in the commentary. Graeme

Hi John - good to meet you in this new online space. As Graeme might have mentioned, I am leading a major 12 month environmental project - 100 Climate Change Councils - http://www.climatechangecouncils.com/

Our aims are:
To catalyze individuals and local groups to take massive action on climate change.
- To create an ongoing community of practice with the power to exponentially impact attitudes and behaviours towards the environment.
- To communicate the recommendations for action to Government and to the Copenhagen Climate Conference in 2009.

I need to get the word out into the wider world and attract some sponsorship. Perhaps there is some opportunity for mutual gain!

Regard

Mike

Hi John
Will do. I'm sure each member of the Network would have something of interest to share with you. Perhaps coverage of the new network would be a good story? Let me know if you need anymore details. Jo

I am certainly thinking that the network in itself is a story - who can provide me some info on who organises it, funding etc?
Thanks
John
