Based in Pemba in Northern Mozambique, The Clean Energy Company (TCEC) is an innovative start-up providing market-based renewable energy products and services that can be profitable scaled-up to positively impact on the need-based socio-economic and environmental challenges affecting Mozambique. By tackling persistent development issues within Mozambique, TCEC is addressing the challenges of energy poverty by providing four complementary products and services: locally fabricated micro wind turbines, supply of complementary renewable energy products, micro-grid infrastructures and vocational training.
